Passionate about cooking since I was a little girl, I have had several professional experiences in the hotel and catering industry.

I began to work on my project in Paris and realized more than 300 soups & pies home deliveries in 3 months. I decided to make my project more challenging by moving to Lisbon.
Soup being one of the most emblematic dishes of Portugal, it reinforced my decision to move there.

I studied the Market during few month before to find a place and build my "Soup World Dream"
