Aspiring Leaders Graduate Programme
Our Aspiring Leaders’ Graduate Programme is designed to offer young and talented graduates the opportunity to join Sanofi.

As part of the graduate programme, you will gain experience in a broad range of business areas in which we operate. You will develop the skills you need for a successful career.
Profil recherché
The programme consists of three rotations over a 40 month scheme in different business areas. Business areas and types of roles may include:
- Scientific/Medical - Associate Scientific Advisor, Medical Science Liaison
- Sales/Marketing (including Digital) - Account Executive, Associate Brand Manager, Associate Tender Manager
- Business Operations & Support - Data Insights Analyst, Public Affairs Executive, Category and Shopper Executive, Digital & Multichannel Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst
As you move through the rotations, roles may vary from the above, according to your interest and the business needs. We believe that providing a diverse range of on-the-job learning experiences, will equip you with the skills you need to achieve your long-term careers goals.
